The standard processing time per sample is 5 working days. For non-standard processing times (and only upon prior notification) we charge the following percentages on all our services:                                                                  

24 h service + 50 %
Immediate processing upon receipt of the sample (delivery of samples until 12:00) + 75 %
Weekend, bank holidays, on days from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am + 100 %
