We offer a perfectly integrated range of analytical techniques for solids analyses.

- X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF): for a quantitative, semi-quantitative and qualitative analysis of the main and trace elements of solids composed of different materials.
- Scanning electron microscopy (SEM): for high-resolution image formation and X-ray micro-analysis of air, dust or material samples for substances hazardous to health, such as, for instance, asbestos or artificial mineral fibres. Materials testing and damage assessment in various fields of application, e.g. biology, medicine, electronics, and materials science.
- Carbon analysis for analysing soil and rock samples, oxidic raw and other materials, carbides and others.
