Quality Management
The results of measurements and of analytical work form the basis for quality assurance in the production of a wide range of different goods such as foodstuffs, construction materials, chemicals, etc. Above and beyond they are fundamental for assessing and monitoring the state of our environment.
The exacting quality standards which need to be applied to analytical results, especially in the case of tracer elements can be guaranteed thanks to a comprehensive set of measures inside as well as outside of the laboratory which are part of our quality management system (QM).
This quality management system serves as the basis of our accredited laboratory services: X-ray fluorescence analysis and scanning electron microscopy.
In May 2005 we were re-accredited by DAP GmbH (German Accreditation System for Testing) according to the international standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 as of April 2000, and in April 2006 accreditation was brought in line with the new requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. In the process, CRB GmbH proved that its quality management system for testing activities also fulfils the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001. Additionally, thanks to a “flexible accreditation” process we can modify and enhance existing and also develop new test methods.
We are pleased to be able to offer you a summary of internal as well as external QM activities in the field of X-ray fluorescence analysis in the form of the
- CRB report February 1996: Validation of analytical results, X-ray fluorescence analysis.
